Tend to the garden, which is your heart.

My Approach

A pinch of curiosity with the telling of your story forms the framework on which therapy can begin. Narrative therapy shines light on the many seasons of your life. You may be tilling, sowing, weeding, watering, or harvesting. Emotions arise in each season. You may feel stuck, confused, or directionless. Together, we can tend to the garden which is your heart.

In addition to narrative therapy, I utilize emotions focused individual therapy and internal family systems to help clients take pause and notice the intricacies of their internal lives. I am a patient listener with much gentleness and warmth. I especially enjoy humor and a good laugh. Still, I hold space for the serious work of tending to the areas of your heart that feel broken, hurt, or neglected.

Come as you are and we can share the weight of the burdens you hold from season to season.
